The meeting is not in textbook English — it switches language mid-sentence — and the minutes need to go out in a different language from the one it was held in. That is the case MeetNotes was built for first, and the one our first published head-to-head was run on.
You need a document at the end: minutes as a PDF or editable Word file, sent on WhatsApp or email to people who will never create an account.
You want speaker names you confirm before anything is exported, and people recognised again in later meetings once you have named them.

We put an 89-minute call — English with Hinglish running through it, several speakers, dense technical vocabulary — through both from the identical audio and had it scored blind. The widest gaps were technical terms, the mixed-language sentences, and decisions and follow-ups captured.
Fireflies did not come out ahead on any criterion the judge rated, and its summary scored closer to ours than its transcript did — a fluent summary built on a transcript that broke on the words that mattered. No misheard terms are shown here: on this call they would identify whose meeting it was.
